We're seeking a Community Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants across Parramatta, Western Sydney and surrounding areas. This casual part-time role offers flexible schedule, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives.

What you'll do:
Deliver nursing care in participants' homes and community settings.
Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures.
Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

What you'll need:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.




NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Community, disability, or aged care experience is highly regarded.
