About the Role

Our Client is seeking experienced Process Technicians to join a high-performing gold operation in Western Australia. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant while contributing to production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor gold processing plant equipment.
Conduct routine inspections, sampling and plant checks.
Assist with troubleshooting and optimising plant performance.




Complete operational reporting and shift handovers.
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
Work closely with maintenance and metallurgy teams to maximise plant availability and recovery.

About You
Previous gold processing experience.
Exposure to crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP, elution, gold room or tailings circuits.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
Ability to work effectively in a FIFO workplace.
National Police Clearance less than 12 months old.
