Company Description Flow Pelvic Physio is a holistic Pelvic Floor, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and Clinical Pilates studio located on the Mornington Peninsula. The practice focuses on comprehensive pelvic health care for people of all genders, with dedicated services for both women’s and men’s health. Role Description This is a part-time, in office Pelvic Health Physiotherapist role based in Red Hill, VIC. The physiotherapist will provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for pelvic floor and musculoskeletal conditions, including continence issues, pelvic pain, pre and post-natal care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Key skills include conducting detailed clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering clinical pilates sessions. The role involves close communication with patients about their goals and progress, coordination with other health professionals as needed,
and participation in practice activities that support high standards of care and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Undergraduate Physiotherapy degree and current registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated clinical experience or strong interest in pelvic health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, continence, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of individualised rehabilitation programs, including clinical pilates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, provide transparent education, and support individuals with compassionate care.
Ability to work independently in a studio environment, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development in pelvic health, and contribution to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Experience in private practice, women’s and men’s health, or related specialty areas is highly regarded.
