The Role

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across a range of internal vacancies, supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will:
Assist with candidate screening,



telephone interviews and shortlisting activities.
Manage the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews.
Coordinate staff and candidate enquiries to ensure timely responses throughout on boarding processes
Assist with employee on-boarding documentation for new hire such as background and VEVO checks, contracts and letters of offers, ensuring a smooth transition
Maintain solid and professional relationships with key external stakeholders
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that contributes to overall organisation culture
Administer the online recruitment management systems

What will you need to succeed?
Proven experience in an Internal Talent/Recruitment Coordinator role
Experience in NFP, Healthcare or Disability services preferred but not essential
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
Robust stakeholder management skills with a customer centric approach
Both Working with Children Check and NDIS Clearance check are required
