As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time while delivering an exceptional employee experience. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, partnering with People & Culture, Finance and external providers to manage a high-volume payroll environment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help drive operational excellence.

We're looking for someone who embraces change rather than resists it. You'll be adaptable, proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity,



with the ability to prioritise effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure. Success in this role will come from your willingness to take ownership, continuously improve processes, and build solid relationships across the business.

Alongside proven end-to-end Australian payroll experience, you'll bring a strong understanding of payroll legislation, Up-to-date Award interpretation, Superannuation and Payroll Tax requirements. Experience with UKG/Kronos and exposure to Recent Zealand payroll will be highly regarded.
