This is a great opportunity for a Payroll Administrator, HR Administrator or strong Administrator looking to build on their existing payroll experience. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the payroll team, working with employee records, payroll documentation, queries and general payroll administration across a workforce of 1,400+ employees.

About the role Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll provide administrative support across the payroll function and help keep employee information accurate, complete and up to date.

Key responsibilities include
Maintaining employee payroll records and processing employee changes
Administering recent starters, terminations, transfers and variations
Updating banking, tax, superannuation and leave information




Processing and checking payroll documentation
Assisting with allowances, deductions, parental leave and pay adjustments
Responding to payroll queries and following up outstanding information
Assisting with leave and superannuation administration
Supporting payroll reporting, data checks and reconciliations

About you You may already have payroll or HR administration experience, or you could be a strong Administrator looking to specialise and develop your career in payroll. We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working with employee data and documentation
Comfortable handling confidential information
Proactive and reliable, with a strong team approach
Confident using Excel and learning new systems
Existing payroll experience is essential, not necessarily end to end.
