About the role

You'll join one of Australia's leading project QS and cost-planning teams for major retail brands, while also gaining hands on exposure across residential, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. You'll be supported by senior QS leaders who are invested in your development, especially if you're completing the AIQS Assessment of Qualified Competency Program. You'll also get site exposure and direct client interaction, not just office-based tasks.

Key responsibilities
Cost planning and budget preparation
Contract administration
Tender analysis and preparing tenders, contracts and master documents
BIM workflow and cost management activities

About you
Graduate QS with 3–5 years' experience in a professional QS consultancy or contractor in Australia




Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Experience in cost planning, budget prep, contract admin, tender analysis and preparing tenders/contracts/master docs
Familiarity with CostX, Revit and BIM workflows
Full time working rights in Australia
AIQS member and currently undertaking the APC program
