Quality & Compliance Officer – RTO

Central Coast NSW | Initially Full-Time, transitioning to 3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join an established education and training organisation on the Central Coast.

This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a robust understanding of VET quality and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting RTO quality and regulatory compliance
Reviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentation
Reviewing training and assessment documentation
Supporting audits, quality reviews and continuous improvement
Identifying compliance gaps and assisting with rectification
Maintaining compliance records and supporting evidence




Providing compliance support and guidance to management and staff

To be considered, you will ideally have:
A Training and Assessment qualification
Recent experience within an RTO
Sound knowledge of VET and RTO compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience with ASQA registration or rectification processes would be highly regarded
Community education experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, transitioning to approximately 3 days per week. If you have solid RTO compliance experience and are looking for your next prospect on the Central Coast, apply now with your current resume.
