About the role

This position is ideal for a qualified carpenter who enjoys variety and wants to build long-term experience across maintenance, construction, and service works within the Pilbara region. You'll be working alongside a qualified and supportive team on well-organised projects with blue-chip clients, including BHP, Fortescue, Roy Hill.

Key responsibilities
Carrying out a range of carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, flooring, and general fit-out work
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintaining a secure and organised work environment
Providing guidance and mentorship to apprentice carpenters

About you
Formal qualification in Carpentry
Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified carpenter in a similar role
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Current driver's licence
Australian Permanent Residency
Ability to meet site medical and D&A; requirements
