ERDI Group seeks a Group People & Culture Manager to lead the end-to-end P&C; function across four Victorian hotels, partnering with hotel leadership to drive practical, commercially focused people outcomes. You will work closely with General Managers and ELTs to deliver engaging workforce strategies.

In this generalist leadership role, you’ll balance strategic partnering with hands-on operational HR, shaping culture, employee experience and people initiatives across the portfolio.
