About the role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own residential portfolio of rental properties. This position suits an experienced Property Manager who enjoys managing their own portfolio, building strong relationships with rental providers and renters, and being trusted to get on with the job without unnecessary micromanagement.

Key responsibilities
Managing rental provider and renter communication
Arrears management
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Maintenance management and follow-up
Entry and vacate processes
Bond matters
VCAT preparation and attendance where required
Compliance and legislative requirements
Working alongside support team for inspections and administration
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service

About you
Previous Victorian property management experience
Confident managing a residential portfolio
Robust knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Communicates confidently and professionally with owners, renters and trades




Takes ownership of portfolio and follows matters through to completion
Works well independently while being part of a supportive team
Strong attention to detail
Holds a current Victorian driver's licence and Agent's Representative qualification
