About the role

Simplicity Personal Training is a private 1:1 coaching studio in Mascot.

We work mainly with everyday people — beginners, people returning to exercise and busy adults who want to become stronger, healthier and more confident.

We’re looking for a Personal Trainer / Coach who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to keep growing as a coach.

The role is more than delivering a positive workout. You’ll get to know your clients, understand what they’re working towards, help them stay accountable and support them to make meaningful progress over time.

What you’ll do
Deliver high-quality 1:1 strength coaching
Build genuine relationships with your clients
Help clients stay consistent and accountable
Follow our programming and client-management systems
Work as part of the Simplicity team
