About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on role for someone who is polished, proactive and confident taking ownership of the day-to-day administration and operations of a busy beauty studio. Working closely with the business owner, you will be a key point of contact for clients, bridal bookings and the studio team while ensuring the business runs smoothly and clients receive an exceptional experience. This role goes beyond reception.

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right-hand person within the business, someone who takes ownership, understands the importance of exceptional client service and can confidently keep the studio organised and operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Manage reception, phone calls, emails and client enquiries
Welcome clients and oversee the front-of-house experience
Manage bridal enquiries, quotations, bookings and follow-ups
Coordinate calendars, appointments, team hours and availability
Assist with team communication, meetings and operational follow-ups
Maintain studio supplies,



stock and general presentation
Liaise with suppliers, cleaners and service providers
Follow up enquiries and existing clients to encourage bookings and retention
Assist with promotions, events and client outreach
Provide day-to-day PA and administrative support to the business owner

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Warm, confident and qualified with clients
An excellent written and verbal communicator
Proactive and comfortable working independently
Confident managing multiple priorities and schedules
Reliable, discreet and trustworthy
Solutions-focused with a robust sense of initiative
Commercially minded with an understanding of client retention and converting enquiries into bookings
Confident using email, calendars, booking systems and general business software
Experience in personal assistance, administration, reception or customer service is preferred
