ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a FULL TIME dispenser/assistant to join our fun team and be responsible for the following:

· Personalised solutions for our customers including eyewear selections

· Optical dispensing and sales

· Payment processing including EFTPOS and HICAPS

· Frame fitting and adjustment

· Assessing incoming jobs and invoicing

· Records management and general administrative tasks

Role Prerequisites

· Excellent customer service experience

· Friendly and passionate approach with the desire to learn new skills

· Calm, composed and solution orientation with valuable problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail, organised

· Community orientated

· Have a excellent can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile

· Respectful and empathetic

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
