About the Role

Fitness Image Personal Training is looking for passionate and qualified Mobile Personal Trainers to join our growing team in the Melton area (VIC 3337). This is a versatile opportunity for motivated fitness specialists who want to build their client base and deliver outstanding results — on their terms.

As a Mobile Personal Trainer, you will travel to clients' homes, parks, and preferred locations to deliver personalised one-on-one training sessions. You will design tailored fitness programs, provide expert coaching, and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions at client locations across Melton and surrounds
Design and implement personalised exercise programs based on client goals and fitness levels
Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly
Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality at all times
Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Stay current with fitness industry trends, certifications, and best practices





Requirements
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)
Current Registration with Fitness Australia or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Public Liability Insurance
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, and punctual
