We are currently seeking experienced Production Operators / MIG Welders to join our client's manufacturing team. We have two positions available, with one prospect on day shift and one on afternoon shift.

Available Positions

Production Operator / MIG Welder - AM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
Day shift rate includes a 25% loading

Production Operator / MIG Welder - PM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Afternoon shift loadings apply

About the Role

As a Production Operator / MIG Welder, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and production process while completing MIG welding duties to a high standard.

The role will involve
MIG welding components and products
Operating production machinery and equipment
Following production processes and safety procedures
Working from instructions and specifications
Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship
Assisting with general production duties as required
Working effectively as part of a team

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous MIG welding experience
Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Good attention to detail
Reliability and a strong work ethic
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The ability to follow instructions and production requirements

Formal welding qualifications are not essential. Welding competency can be assessed and, where appropriate, signed off in office.
