What You'll Do:
Assist guests with timely repairs.
Negotiate solutions for a great customer experience.
Track incidents and keep guests updated.
Work shifts across seven days.
What You Need:
Call centre experience and strong customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills and time management.
Friendly attitude (bonus if you love road trips!).
Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic communication style.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential.
