Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Member Service Officer to join our friendly team in Forbes. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our members, support their everyday banking needs and make a real difference in the local community.

What you'll do
Be the friendly face our members know and trust
Assist with everyday banking, transactions and enquiries
Build strong, genuine member relationships
Identify products and services that can help our members
Solve problems and deliver exceptional service
Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team

What we're looking for A people person who enjoys providing great service and making things happen. You’ll ideally have experience in customer service, retail, banking or a similar role, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

you’ll bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to putting members first.
