We’re currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a leading fit out company on a 3–4 month temporary contract.

This is a outstanding opportunity for an organised and proactive Office Manager who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy construction environment.

The Role Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the office
Providing administration and operational support to the wider team
Coordinating office suppliers, facilities and maintenance
Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence
Assisting with onboarding and general HR administration
Coordinating meetings, events and office requirements
Supporting senior management with ad hoc administration




Ensuring the office remains organised, efficient and well presented

About You:
Experienced in an Office Manager or Senior Administrator role
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Confident working independently and taking ownership
Professional, approachable and proactive
Comfortable working in a quick-paced construction or corporate setting
Available to commit to a 3–4 month temporary contract
