About the role

Kitchen At Quality is an established cabinet manufacturing and renovation company based in Malaga, specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, stone benchtops and residential renovations. This is more than a general administration role. You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination of our projects, communicating with customers, suppliers, builders, installers and our production team to help ensure each job progresses smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities
Provide friendly and skilled customer service via phone and email
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
Perform general office administration and maintain accurate records
Coordinate production and installation schedules
Follow up project progress, outstanding information and required actions
Communicate with customers, builders, suppliers, installers and other parties throughout each project
Assist with material orders and liaise with suppliers when required
Work closely with the factory, installation and purchasing teams to ensure jobs progress efficiently and on schedule




Identify issues or delays and follow them up promptly with the relevant parties
Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team

About you
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) – essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with customers
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
Responsible, reliable and proactive
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow tasks through to completion without constant supervision
Comfortable working independently while maintaining close communication with the team
Good computer skills and confidence using email and Microsoft Office
