Marketing Intern — AI Travel Startup

Back in 5 is an Australian travel-tech startup building AI-powered tools designed to make planning and booking travel dramatically simpler.

We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Intern to join us for a 12-week university/vocational placement.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend three months watching from the sidelines. You'll work alongside the founder and startup team, learn how an early-stage technology company approaches growth, and get exposure to real campaigns across Australia and the US.

What you'll get exposure to
Startup marketing and go-to-market strategy
TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels
Creative and campaign development
Performance marketing and campaign analytics
User acquisition and conversion
Travel-tech market and competitor research
Content and community growth




Working directly with a startup founder and international team

Who we're looking forYou may be studying:
Marketing
Digital Marketing
Business
Communications
Media
Entrepreneurship
or a related discipline

More importantly, we're looking for someone curious, proactive and comfortable experimenting. You don't need years of experience. You do need to be willing to learn quickly, contribute ideas and take ownership of your development.

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks

Location: Victoria — remote/hybrid prospects available

Placement: Intended for students completing an approved university or educational vocational placement as part of their course.
