About the Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment across our manufacturing facility.

You will play a critical role in minimising downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting the ongoing reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and commission electrical systems and industrial equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on plant machinery, automation systems, and PLC-controlled equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Perform testing, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance on equipment




Ensure all electrical systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards
Work closely with engineers and technical teams to meet project and operational requirements
Carry out routine inspections to minimise downtime and prevent failures
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, standards, and site procedures
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations with the use of our CMMS and MEX systems

About You:
Trade-qualified and licensed Electrician (Cert III in Electrotechnology or equivalent)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or processing settings (preferred)
Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Exposure to programming and industrial automation systems (highly regarded)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
