We have a newly created entry level/junior office-based role where you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly.

If you are successful, you will:

· Be the first point of contact including answering incoming calls with confidence and professionalism,



greeting visitors and looking after customer queries.

· Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders received via email, phone and in person.

· Basic computer literacy is essential for order entry and administrative tasks.

· Output orders for drivers & update the run sheet.

· Provide general administrative support

· Process stock orders and enter supplier invoices

· Handle EFTPOS, Cash and phoned in card payments

· Training will be provided on EFTPOS and cash handling systems.

· Assist with our Annual Stocktake
