About Us

TLE Fyshwick is part of MMEM, Australia’s largest electrical wholesale group.

We’re a busy, established branch supplying electrical contractors and other customers across Canberra.

With a long-standing team and the branch continuing to grow, we’re looking for someone keen to come in, learn the business and build a career with us.

You don’t need electrical wholesale experience. If you’re valuable with customers, willing to learn and happy to get stuck in, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

This is a diverse Internal Sales role where you’ll spend your day helping customers over the phone, by email and at the trade counter.

It’s a busy branch, particularly in the mornings when orders are being prepared for delivery, so everyone pitches in. You’ll look after customer orders from start to finish, including picking and packing them when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone
Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders
Helping get orders ready for daily deliveries
Restocking shelves and keeping the branch organised
Learning the products, customers and electrical wholesale industry

About You We’re open on your background. You might already have experience in electrical or trade wholesale, or you could be coming from hospitality, retail or another customer service role and looking for a career change.

What matters is that you:
Enjoy dealing with customers and can communicate confidently
Have a strong work ethic and are happy to help wherever needed
Are switched on, reliable and keen to learn
Don’t mind a role that combines sales with some hands-on work
Hold a current driver’s licence

What’s On Offer
Profit share in a strong-performing branch
Monday to Friday hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Plenty of free onsite parking
A supportive, long-standing local team, and daily lunchtime trivia
Plenty of chance to progress as the branch continues to grow
The backing and career opportunities of a large national electrical wholesale group

Ready to build a career in electrical wholesale? Apply today. Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the recruitment process.
