TSPV Information Management System Administrator

Location: Canberra, ACT

Security Clearance: TSPV/PA required

Start: November 2026

We are seeking an experienced Information Management System Administrator to support a secure and complex ICT workplace in Canberra.

This role will suit an experienced Systems Administrator with solid Windows Server and AWS experience who is comfortable supporting critical software infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and ongoing performance of critical system software and infrastructure. The environment includes operating systems, middleware, data management platforms, EDRMS and database systems.

Key responsibilities will include
Administering and supporting Windows Server environments
Managing operating systems, infrastructure software, middleware and utility software
Supporting and optimising systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Administering Oracle databases using SQL
Monitoring system performance, availability and stability
Troubleshooting and resolving complex system software issues
Planning, configuring and testing software updates and upgrades




Supporting the lifecycle of information management systems and EDRMS
Developing diagnostic tools and procedures to support troubleshooting and performance analysis

About You To be successful, you will have:
Proven Windows Server administration experience
Hands-on experience with AWS
Experience supporting middleware, operating systems and utility software
Solid infrastructure support and troubleshooting capability

Highly regarded experience includes:
Database management
EDRMS or broader information management systems
Objective software
