Role Description

Perfect for an ambitious real estate professional looking to elevate their career, this role offers hands on exposure to the full sales process with direct mentorship from the principal.

You’ll play a key role across the sales process while developing your own skills, network and profile within the local market. Your day to day will include:
Run open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
Prospect, cold call and actively grow the database
Follow up buyers, vendors and leads to maximise prospects
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and key stakeholders
Coordinate pest & building inspections and assist throughout the sales process




Assist with property advertising, marketing and campaign coordination
Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

Qualifications
.A genuine passion for real estate and sales
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Confidence, energy and a skilled presentation
A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
A robust work ethic and willingness to learn
Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Driver’s license and reliable transport to attend appointments
