As a Kitchen Hand, you are helping to ensure smooth daily operations and a clean, organised, and efficient working workplace. Working closely with chefs and kitchen leadership, you’ll assist with essential preparation and cleaning tasks that support the delivery of high-quality service. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and passionate about starting or growing a career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and thoroughly and ensure they are dried, polished and stored correctly.
Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, benches,



and floors are cleaned and sanitised throughout and at the end of each shift, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Collect and dispose of rubbish, recycling, and food waste safely and efficiently, keeping the kitchen clean and hazard-free.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
About you
Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
A robust work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
