The Role We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand or Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Bella Vista on a part time or casual basis, with availability for up to 24 hours per week.

You’ll be working as part of a busy kitchen team, helping deliver consistently great food during service. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace.

Your day-to-day will include:
Food preparation and kitchen set-up
Working across grill, fry, prep and plating stations
Preparing and cooking food to our quality standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout service




Following food safety, hygiene and OH&S; procedures
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
Completing kitchen close-down and cleaning duties

About You:
Previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
Grill experience is highly regarded
Reliable, punctual and team-focused
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to food quality, presentation and cleanliness
Comfortable working as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Australian working rights
