The Chance CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for an immediate-start contract with an established WA commercial builder.

You’ll join a well-resourced project team deliveringhigh-profile development in Perth’s southern suburbs, supporting the project through a key stage of construction until the end of the year.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced construction HSE qualified who is available immediately and can hit the ground running.

The Role Working Closely With The Project Manager, Site Management And Wider Delivery Team, You’ll Take Responsibility For Day-to-day HSE Across The Project, Including
Driving HSE standards and positive safety culture across site
Conducting site inspections, audits and toolbox meetings
Reviewing SWMS, permits and subcontractor documentation
Managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions
Monitoring subcontractor compliance
Maintaining project HSE systems, registers and reporting
Providing practical HSE advice to the site and project teams




Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant WHS legislation

About You You’ll Ideally Have
Previous HSE Advisor experience within commercial construction
Experience working on large or complex building projects
Relevant WHS/HSE qualifications
Solid knowledge of WA safety legislation and construction requirements
Confidence working directly with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
A practical, hands-on approach to site safety
Immediate availability
Ability to commit to the contract through to the end of the year

$140k base + Super
$15k Vehicle Allowance
20% Project Uplift
