BaptistCare Bethel Albany is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our 85-bed residential aged care facility. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help residents maintain function, maximise independence, and improve quality of life through mobility-focused physiotherapy.

You will lead and supervise staff, participate in case conferences, and guide care delivery to ensure dignity and person-centred support. Solid communication and empathy are essential for success.
