We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth, e-commerce and customer engagement strategies.

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing and leading a small team, you’ll own our digital presence across e-commerce, CRM, social media, and content. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on delivery, and be accountable for results, budgets and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention
Drive e-commerce growth and manage the Clark Rubber website experience




Develop and execute CRM & customer lifecycle programs with actionable insights
Manage and grow social media communities and content strategies with our social media specialist
Oversee budgets, reporting and ROI to achieve business objectives

What We’re Looking For You’re a results-driven digital marketer with strong retail or consumer brand experience. You’ll bring:
Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing & CRM/lifecycle management
Proven e-commerce management success
Robust understanding of SEO/SEM, email, social, analytics & digital channels
Experience leading small teams and managing agencies
Analytical, data-driven mindset with outstanding communication skills
