4 Seasons Laksa is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in Moorabbin.

As a Front-of-House team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers while helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
Take customer orders accurately
Process cash and EFTPOS payments and handle transactions accurately
Prepare and package takeaway orders
Serve food and drinks to customers
Assist customers with menu questions, dietary requirements and general enquiries
Monitor tables and maintain a clean, organised dining area
Clear and reset tables during service
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Restock FOH supplies, packaging and condiments
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Support other team members during busy periods and assist with general restaurant duties as required

What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
Familiarity with Malaysian/Singaporean cuisine is preferred, but not essential
Friendly and approachable personality




Strong English communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Positive attention to detail
Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take direction
High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation

Availability: We are looking for someone who can work weekday and/or weekend shifts, including during busy lunch and dinner periods.

Adaptable availability is highly regarded.
