Join us as a Front of House 2IC in a recent full-time roleIf you’re looking to build your hospitality career in a full-time role, this could be a outstanding fit for you.You’ll work independently and be responsible for setting up the restaurant and preparing both the front of house and bar areas before service.Bar experience is a plus, since the role covers both bar and front of house duties.As Front of House 2IC, you’ll help management with daily operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and make sure everything runs smoothly across the bar, kitchen, and function areas.This is a hands-on leadership position. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, who takes pride in their work and leads by example. Key Responsibilities
Act as 2IC and lead operations during your rostered shifts
Support Bar Supervisors and front-of-house staff. Make sure service standards stay consistent across all bar and front of house areas. Take charge of events and functions on the day they happen.ay.
Work with the managers to interpret and deliver event run sheets.
Help with bar operations, including stock control, ordering,



and making sure RSA requirements are met.
Handle member and guest questions or issues in a professional and calm way.
Keep communication strong between all departments. Support management by helping with leadership and overseeing operations.
Get the venue ready before each service starts. of service
You’ll need to move tables and chairs between inside and outside each day, so you should be strong enough to lift them for setting up and closing the restaurant.
