About the role

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and organised dental assistant to join our supportive and professional dental practice in Albury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
Assist dentist during procedures
Sterilise instruments and maintain infection control
Prepare treatment rooms and keep them clean
Assist with patient care and records
Support reception and general clinic duties
Process payments, Medicare and private health insurance claims
Manage patient appointments, recalls and records
Welcome patients and provide a warm, skilled first impression




Coordinate patient flow and support the dental team throughout the day

About you
Previous experience in dental assisting for at least 1 year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and time-management abilities
A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy workplace
Confidence managing competing priorities
