We are seeking a passionate Part Time Chef to join our team at the Surfers Paradise Golf Club

As a part time Chef, you will be responsible for operating the kitchen and delivering a high-quality food and dining experience serving traditional Australian cuisine working alongside our Head Chef.

The following skills, behaviors and qualifications are essential:
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher
Kitchen experience in a club, restaurant, cafe or function setting - minimum 2 years
Highly organized and motivated
High standard of personal presentation & hygiene
I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate
Must have pride in presenting consistent, well-presented meals
Experience in stock control and ordering, with budgeting in mind




Available to work a mixture of lunch & dinner shifts & weekends.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised and part of a team
Functions Experience

This is a permanent/part-time opportunity with consistent weekly hours on a set roster for a confident, hands-on Chef with a proven track record. Immediate start available for the right Chef.
