PeopleInFocus is seeking an Operations Manager for a time-critical fuel delivery operation based in Prestons. You will lead drivers, coordinate schedules and ensure secure, reliable deliveries. Plans change; you'll reset priorities and keep customers informed.

You will work with the wider team to improve planning, communication and service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of maintaining high safety and efficiency under pressure.
