Overview:

An Engagement Manager role within a specialist growth strategy boutique advising ASX listed, private equity and scaling businesses. You will lead project teams through growth strategy, market entry and commercial due diligence work across consumer, financial services, energy and technology sectors.

This suits a consultant from a top tier firm who wants senior client exposure and real ownership of outcomes. The firm is small, partner led and well regarded for strategy that is actually implemented.

Responsibilities:
Lead day to day delivery of growth strategy, go to market and commercial due diligence engagements
Frame the problem, build the workplan and structure hypotheses at project kickoff
Manage and coach teams of consultants and analysts, reviewing all outputs for quality
Own the client relationship at executive and board level throughout each engagement
Develop market sizing, customer research, competitor analysis and financial models that underpin recommendations
Synthesise findings into explicit,



executive ready storylines and present to CEOs and investment committees
Support partners on proposals, scoping and business development
Guide clients from strategy into early stage implementation

Required Experience:
7 to 8 years in management consulting, ideally from MBB or a top tier strategy boutique
Proven experience leading engagement teams and client workstreams end to end
Solid track record in growth strategy, market entry, pricing or customer strategy
Commercial due diligence or private equity exposure highly regarded
Excellent quantitative and modelling capability
Confident communicator with executive stakeholders
Experience across consumer, financial services, energy or technology sectors an advantage

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in commerce, economics, engineering or a related field with solid academic results
MBA from a leading business school highly regarded
