About the client:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading NSW Government department based in Gosford. This position will see you working on a casual ongoing basis Monday to Friday.

About the role:

You will be responsible for assisting and maintaining day to day administrative tasks.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Responding to customer enquires
Assisting with customer complaints,
Providing assistance and accurate information in a timely manner




Deliver high-quality customer service values
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful for this position you will need to:
Previous customer service experience (call center, admin, retail)
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Available to commence for an immediate start
High attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills required
