Experienced Cook to run the kitchen at the Yacht Squadron. Currently, the litchen is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm Tuesday through to Saturdat with Friday night dinner from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm service. These hours will be expanded as the business increases with the possibility of profit sharing.
The right person must be able to operate at times at a high pace, whilst other times use their creativity in attracting current customers. The squadron is in a light industrial area, and as such has a high population of trades people. The kitchen will be expected to use their creativity along with management to increase the traffic from these areas.
Pay: $57,687.73 – $86,862.52 per year
