Job Type: Full time Sharma's Kitchen Pty. Limited in Hornsby, NSW 2077, is seeking a Full time Food Technologist to improve processes, develop current products, and ensure safety and quality across the dairy supply chain.

You will conduct product testing, monitor HACCP controls, perform milk testing, and work on shelf-life studies to preserve product quality. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' relevant experience are required, with dairy industry exposure preferred.
