How you will make an impact Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.

Day to day you will:
Address and resolve incidents and service requests




Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
Take ownership of support request and releases
Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements
Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer settings
Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance
Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required
