How you will make an impact

Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.

Day to day you will:
Address and resolve incidents and service requests
Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
Take ownership of support request and releases
Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements
Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments
Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance




Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required

Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous
At least 1 years’ experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field
Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies is ideal
Able to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomes
Able to explore current challenges, and know when guidance from someone with more domain experience is required
