Keystone People Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, for an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of a renewable energy project based in the Pilbara, WA. This is a hands on leadership role covering the project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, with full accountability for safety, programme, subcontractor management and commercial delivery on site.
Key responsibilities
Leading all construction and site activities across the project lifecycle
Owning project budgets, forecasts and productivity performance
Administering contracts, variations, claims and extensions of time
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to hit programme and budget
Coordinating procurement and long lead equipment needs
Owning HSEQ compliance and safety leadership on site
Chairing project meetings and reporting directly to the Director and client
Overseeing commissioning, energisation and handover
Mentoring Project Engineers and Supervisors
About you
7+ years in construction, infrastructure, electrical or renewable energy delivery
Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $10M
WA Contractor A Grade Licence and current White Card
Robust contract administration and commercial acumen
Renewable energy, solar or utility scale EPC experience highly regarded
Experience operating in remote or regional construction settings
