Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project delivery
Programme and cost management
Subcontractor and stakeholder coordination
Contract administration
Leading site teams and driving performance

About You
Proven experience managing large scale civil subdivision projects
Robust commercial and contractual knowledge
Experience managing a team of engineers
Effective leadership and communication skills
Relevant construction or engineering qualifications (preferred)
