About the role

We are looking for casual aged and home support workers (with minimum Certificate 3) who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as
Transport
Shopping
Personal care
Companionship
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Social and community access

About you Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
Excellent communication & team work skills
Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
Australian Federal Police Check (Valid within last 3 years)
NSW Working with Children’s Check




Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.

Our advantages The starting casual Aged Care Employee hourly rate is from $43.03 per hour + shift loadings + 12% superannuation Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Nurses.
