About the Role

Working across City Ford Ryde, Ryde Hyundai, GWM Ryde, you will be part of a high-performing, multi-franchise setting focused on performance, compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) who is confident operating in a high-volume dealership environment and consistently delivering strong KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities
Presenting, quoting, and selling Finance & Insurance products including warranty
Structuring and submitting finance applications to secure approvals efficiently
Maintaining finance logs with accuracy and ensuring full compliance standards are met
Receipting deposits and finalising vehicle settlements
Working closely with the Group Business Manager and senior dealership leadership
Supporting sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Automotive Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) (essential)
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and monthly targets
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication and customer rapport-building skills
Skilled presentation and solid personal drive
High-performance mindset suited to a flagship dealership environment
