We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members to join our team at Sharetea Chadstone, Chadstone Shopping Centre.

About the Role

As a Sharetea Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving bubble tea and other beverages according to Sharetea standards
Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
Providing friendly and productive customer service
Preparing ingredients and completing daily opening and closing duties
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and store presentation standards
Restocking and monitoring ingredients and supplies
Working efficiently with the team during busy trading periods
Following store procedures, recipes and operational standards

Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends




Strong and consistent availability over the next 6 months
Must be available during key peak trading periods, including Christmas/New Year and Lunar Current Year
Applicants should not have extended holidays planned during these peak periods
Previous bubble tea, café, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
Full training will be provided

Employment & Hours
Full time and Part-Time positions available
Approximately 20–38 hours per week
Full-Time applicants should have flexible availability across the week
Weekend and public holiday availability may be required

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
