We are seeking a qualified and experienced Demi Chef in casual capacity to join our culinary team at Joondalup Resort. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple outlets, including our restaurant, café, and event spaces,



delivering high-quality food and exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

This position is covered under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA) Level 3 pay rate.

At this stage, we don’t provide sponsorship.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within a section.
Working across multiple sections as required
Assisting with stock control and stocktakes.
Maintaining food safety and HACCP standards.
Providing support and guidance to junior staff.

Candidate working in this outlet will demonstrate:
Formal commercial cookery qualifications.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy à la carte environment.
Knowledge of HACCP.
Impeccable professional attitude including care for personal grooming, punctuality and service quality
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to train and develop junior staff
Versatile with working hours
At least 3 days availability
