Carevelle Australia is a Gold Coast disability support provider. We support people living with disability to live independently, take part in their community and work toward their own goals. Our team is small and we put the people we support first.

About the role

You'll provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants in their homes and in the community across Central Gold Coast. Your duties will include:
Personal care and assistance with daily living, following each participant's support plan
Community access, including social outings, appointments and recreational activities
Domestic tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning and shopping
Supporting participants to build independence and daily living skills
Writing transparent, accurate progress notes after each shift
Reporting incidents, risks or changes in a participant's needs to your coordinator

What you need (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to apply before starting)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You"). This is free online and can be completed before you start.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
A current driver's licence, a reliable registered vehicle and comprehensive car insurance




Right to work in Australia
Positive written English for progress notes and reports

Desirable
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), or relevant experience
Experience supporting people with disability, including personal care and community access

Pay: $26.44 – $178.00 per hour
