Chef - South Townsville [Full time |

Levanti is a up-to-date Australian-Mediterranean venue in Townsville. We're looking for a skilled, reliable Chef to join our kitchen team and help us deliver great food every service.

What you'll do
Prepare and cook dishes to our menu and presentation standards
Run your section during busy services, including weekends
Handle prep, stock rotation, and ordering with suppliers
Keep the kitchen clean and secure, and follow food safety and HACCP standards
Help develop specials and menu items
Support and train junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for
3+ years' experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willing to get one)
Calm under pressure, with valuable time management
Available [days/shifts, e.g. nights, weekends, public holidays]
Full working rights in Australia

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
